March 8, 2006the brake booster on my '45 merc 2-ton has 2 vacuum ports. One connects diredtly to the intake manifold, where is the other supposed to go? I can't find any pics or diagrams at the sites recommended by members. The truck has a 2-speed rear end, but has its own vacuum line also to the manifold.

August 13, 2006sorry for the delay. I got the booster operating. Truck is now being driven and used daily. I can't remember what i did to the booster so i'll take a look and get back to you.
In other news, i just accquired a '61 GMC half-ton and i'm looking for some ideas. It's another ground-up job, and i like to keep things fairly original looking. I'm currently open to anything though, just to make a plan.
